Gems Essentials is based in Nevada, USA. All products are handmade and ship within 1-3 Days. Arrives within 5-9 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Gems Essentials is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages due to address errors, or USPS-related delays.

Once an order has shipped, delivery responsibility lies with the carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.
