Shipping policy

Gems Essentials is based in Nevada, USA. All products are handmade and ship within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Gems Essentials is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages due to address errors, or USPS-related delays.

Once an order has shipped, delivery responsibility lies with the carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.
