Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued.
We are not responsible for USPS delays, lost packages, or address errors provided at checkout.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet processed or shipped.
